Jeff Co Spirit Award

Criteria & Definition:

    The only required criteria for the Spirit Award is that any nominees must reside in Jefferson County and possess, in
    your view, one of the attributes listed below. Awards will be presented at a ceremony on June 3rd, 2010.

    Nominations for next year's Spirit Award will be due May 5th, 2011

    Altruism:                Unselfish concern for the welfare of others.
    Philanthropy:          A desire to help mankind.
    Charity:                  An act of goodwill or kindness in judging others.
    Humanitarianism:    Person devoted to promoting the welfare of humanity

Nominees should fit under one of the following categories:

1.) Individual
2.) Group or Buisness
3.) Student (must be K-12th grade in a Jefferson County School setting,
                     including private and home schooled students)

How to Nominate: (2 ways to submit a nomination)

   1.) Print and Mail :   Download/Print the Nomination form for the Spirit award. Be sure to include your contact
         information as well as the nominee's contact information. Please print or type legibly then mail to:

   2.) Submit Online : You can also submit the form online by filling out the information below. When filling out the form below
